These Terms and Conditions govern the membership program offered by Hair Society Salon and Color Bar, located in Round Rock, Texas (“the Salon”). By enrolling in this program, you (“the Member”) agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Term

The membership begins on the date of enrollment and continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
Each billing cycle runs for 30 days.
Membership benefits renew automatically each month unless canceled as described below.

 

 

2. Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel anytime after the first full billing cycle (30 days).

• Cancellation is simple and straightforward — no unnecessary steps. You may cancel:

  • Online through your Hair Society membership portal,

  • In-salon at the front desk, or

  • By email to alex@hairsocietysalonandcolorbar.com.

• To avoid the next billing charge, cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.

• Canceling your membership does not cancel any upcoming appointments. All scheduled appointments remain active and are subject to the salon’s 48-hour cancellation policy.
  Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the service being forfeited or charged according to standard salon policy.

• No refunds will be issued for payments already processed, except where required under state or federal law.

• Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.

• Automatic Renewal Disclosure: By providing your billing information, you acknowledge that you will be charged on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation is processed. You must provide your cancellation notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid an additional month’s charge.

• The salon reserves the right to terminate or suspend memberships immediately for inappropriate conduct, repeated failed payments, or violation of salon policies. Unused membership credits are forfeited upon termination for these reasons.

 

 

3. Cooling-Off Period

If you enroll online or outside the salon premises, you may cancel within three (3) business days of sign-up for a full refund, provided no membership services have been used.
To exercise this right, contact Hair Society Salon and Color Bar in writing or by email within the 3-day window at alex@hairsocietysalonandcolorbar.com.

• If your membership is canceled or terminated, any unused blowout credits may be redeemed for up to 30 days after termination, provided your account was in good standing at the time of cancellation.

 

 

4. Payment

• Membership fees are billed monthly to the payment method on file and include applicable sales tax and processing fees.

• You agree to keep your payment details current and authorize recurring charges each billing cycle.

• If a payment fails, membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.

• Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of membership.

 

 

5. Rollover Policy

• Unused blowouts or included services roll over for 30 days after the billing cycle.

• Rollover limits:

  • Society Blow-Dry Club – up to 1 unused credit

  • Society Blow-Dry Club+ – up to 2 unused credits

• Older credits beyond those limits automatically expire and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

• All rollover and anniversary perks are subject to stylist availability.

• Complimentary gifts or free add-ons (such as conditioning treatments or scalp massages) are non-redeemable for cash value and subject to availability at the time of booking.

 

 

6. Booking and Appointments

• All bookings are subject to stylist availability.

• Members must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the applicable membership service or a standard service charge.

• Membership cancellation does not override the 48-hour appointment cancellation policy.

• Services must be booked under the member’s name; “shared” blowouts (Club+ only) must be identified at booking.

• If a member fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without cancellation, the applicable membership credit will be deducted or a service charge equivalent to one blowout will be applied.

• Appointment cancellation charges are automatically billed to the payment method on file and are non-refundable.

 

 

7. Freezing or Holding Membership

• Members may request to pause their membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months per calendar year.

• Requests must be made in writing or by email prior to the next billing date.

• Membership benefits and rollover credits are unavailable while the membership is frozen.

 

 

8. Changes to Terms or Pricing

Hair Society Salon and Color Bar may update membership pricing or terms with at least 30 days’ notice.
If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel before the changes take effect by following the cancellation policy above.

• The Salon reserves the right to increase membership rates or modify benefits upon 30 days’ written or electronic notice. The new rate will take effect on the next billing cycle following the end of the notice period.

• The Salon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the membership program at any time with notice.

• In the event of a salon relocation or ownership transfer, memberships may be assigned to the new operator under equivalent terms.

 

 

9. General

• Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.

• The Society Blow-Dry Club+ allows one shared blowout per month, as described in the plan details.

• Membership benefits, pricing, and included services are subject to change with prior notice.

• By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all standard salon policies.

• These Terms do not affect any consumer rights provided under Texas or U.S. federal law.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

• The Salon reserves the right to terminate memberships immediately for failure to comply with salon rules, repeated no-shows, or inappropriate behavior. Unused credits will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

• Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

• This document represents the entire agreement between Hair Society Salon & Color Bar and the Member regarding the membership program and supersedes all prior communications or understandings.
